the (R) zoned property to (PD-SF-7) also, prior to the final
platting of the south property.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC REARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a
public hearing on the 16th day of February, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. in the
Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, Case #ZC-518,
from (R) Retail, to (PD-SF-7) Planned Development Single Family-7, for
single family development, on property generally described as follows:
the southwest corner of Coppell Road and Sandy Lake Road. All interested
citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited
to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen
of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her
opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter addressed
to the City of Coppell, Planning Department, P.O. Box 478, Coppell, Texas
75019.
