PD108R2-NR 980618 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 18th day of June, 1998, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD-108R2. The Reserve, zoning change request from R and PD-LI (Retail and Planned Development, Light Industrial) to PD-SF-9 (Planned Development, Single Family-9), to allow the development of 23 residential lots on approximately 10 acres of property located along the south side of Bethel Road; approximately 970' west of Denton Tap Road, at the request of Dowdey, Anderson and Associates. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this Planned Development request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
