RE: Case #PD-114
Dear Mr. Thompson:

· minimum dwelling unit size of 1600 square feet of
air conditioned space
· 5' minimum side yard, 15' on corner lots

commitment letter; landscaped Sandy Lake Road per Streetscape Plan

In addition, Council also specified that no building permit would be
issued for any residential building until the street extending west to
MacArthur Boulevard is actually under construction. It was also clearly
stated at the Council meeting that if eminent domain proceedings are
necessary to procure the subject right-of-way, all costs incurred would be
your responsibility, with no expense in such matter being assigned to the
City. Finally, the Council ~eiterated that a property owners association
would need to be created to maintain all screening walls and common areas.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at
(214) 462-0022.
Sincerely~
~Sieb, A.I.C.P.
