PD114-NR 901108NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a
public hearing on the 8th day of November, 1990, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, Case #PD-114,
at the request of Nathan Maier Engineering, from (MF-1) Multi-Family-1 and
(R) Retail, to (PD) Planned Development, a planned development for
single-family detached homes, on property generally described as follows:
48.08 acres located along the south side of Sandy Lake Road, and west of
the T.U. Electric easement. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the
proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell,
Planning Department, P.O. Box 478, Coppell, Texas 75019.
