Dear Mr. Goodwin:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a zoning
change, Case #PD-119 (Big Cedar Addition), was reco~mmended for approval
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 19,
1991, with the following conditions:
1) that the developer limit the number of exceptions to the side yard
setback to 14 lots;
2) that they address the entry with a monument sign and landscaping;
3) that they address the access easement with a sidewalk and landscaping;
4) that they provide an alley behind lots 37 through 41; and
5) that the developer provide a tree survey for the development
The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council
is Tuesday, October 8, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case
must be present at the City Council meeting. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application.
