PD120-NR 910919 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on the 19th day of September, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, Case #PD-120, at the request of Standard Pacific of Texas, L.P., from (SF-9) Sin§le-Family-9, to (PD-SF-9} Planned Development Single-Family-9, for the construction of single-family homes, on property generally described as follows: along the north side of Parkway Boulevard and along the west side of MacArthur Boulevard.
