County, Texas and being all of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2 of VILLAGE OF COTTONWOOD CREEK
SECTION II, an addition to the City of Coppell, Texas according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume
85237, Page 5014, Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point for the intersection of the north right-of-way line of Misty Haven Drive (a variable
width ROW at this point) and the east right-of-way line of Coppell Road (110' ROW) and for the southwest
corner of Lot 4, Block 2 of the beforementioned VILLAGE OF COTTONWOOD CREEK SECTION II;
