RE: Waters Ed~,e, Phase 2. Final Plat
Dear Mr. House:
This letter is to inform you that the Waters Edge, Phase 2, Final Plat was approved by the
Coppell City Council on February 8, 1994. The following conditions apply:
1. the alley requirement is waived;
2. street center line radii may be less than the required minimum;
3. the portion of lot 1 and 2, and all building lines, lot lines and easements created
by the map of Lakeside Village as recorded in Volume 85816, Page 1670, located
within Waters Edge, Phase 2, will be abandoned by the execution of this plat; and
4. the Homeowners' Association matter be resolved.
No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to August 8, 1994,
the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing plats.
