Dear Taryon:
In response to your request for preparation of zoning change ordinance dated July 20,
1993, please find enclosed an original of the above ordinance and several copies. Also, enclosed
is an original and copies of a Caption for publication. When adopted a copy of the ordinance
should be sent to the proper department to update the zoning map. I have checked the proposed
homeowners agreement and it does contain the provision that will allow the city some control
over common areas in the event the association fails to maintain the common areas.
You will note that I had only one large copy of the Development Plan and I have
attached it to the original ordinance as Exhibit 2. I have used the small reduced copies of
the plan for the enclosed copies of the proposed ordinance.
