The current schedule is as follows: City Council - November 12, 1991 (Preliminary Plat & Zoning) Planning & Zoning - November 21, 1991 (Final Plat) City Council - December 10, 1991 (Final Plat) A request is hereby made to have the case rescheduled for hearing dates which will be no later than: City Council - December 10, 1991 (Preliminary Plat & Zoning) Planning & Zoning - December 19, 1991 (Final Plat) City Council - January 14, 1992 (Final Plat) The reason for the request of a continuance is because Mr. Rob Collins and Mr. Harry Hargrave, Trustee (Owner) wish to have a little more time in which to absolutely firm up all financing.
