Dear Mr. Sieb:
The purpose of this letter is to respectfully request a continuance
of the above referenced platting and zoning cases.
The current schedule is as follows:
City Council - November 12, 1991 (Preliminary Plat & Zoning)
Planning & Zoning - November 21, 1991 (Final Plat)
City Council - December 10, 1991 (Final Plat)
A request is hereby made to have the case rescheduled for hearing
dates which will be no later than:
City Council - December 10, 1991 (Preliminary Plat & Zoning)
Planning & Zoning - December 19, 1991 (Final Plat)
City Council - January 14, 1992 (Final Plat)
The reason for the request of a continuance is because Mr. Rob
Collins and Mr. Harry Hargrave, Trustee (Owner) wish to have a
little more time in which to absolutely firm up all financing.
Alpine Development Company is being kept apprised of those efforts
and we are comfortable that the transaction will be successfully
closed.
