Prints of the concept plan shall contain the following information all on one 24"
X 36" sheet [submit twenty-two (22) folded prints and three (3) 8½ X 11" prints).

square footage of site, and approximate distance to the nearest cross
street.
~' 2) Existing or proposed building sites, on or adjacent to the property.
w' 3) Existing public or private streets with right-of-way and pavement width,
medihn openings, and left turn lanes.
w' 4) Proposed areas of dedication, if necessary, including streets, alleys,
easements, and their dimensions.
