The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing
on the 20th day of August, 1992, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of a zoning change, Case #PD-129-R, (Parks of Coppell, Tract III), at the
request of Dan Dowdey & Associates, from (TC) Town Center, to (PD-SF-9) Planned
Development Single-Family-9, on property generally described as follows: located at the
southwest corner of Parkway Boulevard and Denton Tap Road. All interested citizens of
the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing
and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter
addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell,
Texas 75019.
