Dear Gary:
Your letter to me dated June 23, 1993 regarding the approval of the
above referenced parcel of land was basically correct, however,
there were some typographical errors.
The actual zoning approval was based on many conditions. These are
shown on the attached exhibit, which was used to prepare the
ordinance.
Your letter should be corrected to reflect that item No. 8
(regarding tree cover) s~Quld be worded like item No. 9 of the
