Enclosed in an original of the above ordinance and several copies. Also, enclosed
is an original and copies of a Caption for publication. When adopted a copy of the
ordinance should be sent to the proper department to update the zoning map.
You will note that the motion approving the zoning change included a statement that
it was approved "with the conditions that Mr. Anderson brought forward as far as the grade
change ....... "It was noted in the motion that these conditions be on the face of the Plat.
You should check to make sure that these conditions did or will be placed on the plat of
this subdivision.
