Parks of Coppell-Tract III Preliminary Plat
Dear Mr. Sieb:
I received two letters dated October 14, 1992, which outlined
the conditions for approval of the above referenced zoning case
and preliminary plat. Although this list includes a portion
of the items that the developer agreed to abide by, I would
prefer to reference the face of the zoning exhibit, "PD No.
129-Planned Development Exhibit" for specific requirements.
In addition, the motion that was approved at the City Council
Meeting included a condition that the developer maintain at
least a minimum of ten (10) feet in vertical elevation above
Denton Tap Road in the immediate area where the hill currently
exist, to approximate an average grade of 2%, more or less for
the cul-de-sac street.
Attached is a copy of the "Planned Development Exhibit" that
was presented at the October 13, 1992 City Council meeting.
Gary, the purpose of this letter is to clarify your letter and
to ensure that some of the specific requirements do not get
lost in transaction be either party.
