Also, enclosed is an original and copies of a Caption for publication. When adopted a copy of the ordinance should be sent to the proper department to update the zoning map. I have checked the proposed homeowners agreement and it does contain the provision that will allow the city some control over common areas in the event the association fails to maintain the common areas. You will note that I had only one copy of the Development Plan and have attached it to the enclosed original ordinance as Exhibit 2. You will need additional copies of this exhibit for the ordinance copies and you may wish to send us one so we can add it to our file copy of the ordinance.
