RE: Case #PD-130 - Zoning Designation from (SF-12) to (PD-SF-7)
Dear Ms. Austin:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of an ordinance, to change the zoning
designation from (SFo 12) to (PD-SF-7) Planned Development Single-family-7, located 250' north
of Sandy Lake Road, along the east side of Moore Road, was adopted by the Coppell City
Council on June 22, 1993, with the following conditions:
1) Landscaping should be developed as shown on the PD plan.
2) Development be maintained by a Homeowners Association.
