Dear Mr. House:
This letter is to inform you that your request for application of a zoning
change, Case #PD-117, Chautaugua Place, was modified by the Coppell City
Council on June 11, 1991. The Council denied a PD on this property, but
granted (SF-7) Single-Family-7 zoning deed restricted to minimum air
conditioned house size of 1800 square feet. In addition, Council waived
the alley requirement and directed staff to carefully evaluate the
drainage situation to insure all drainage concerns are addressed during
the platting process.
