BEGINNING at an iron rod set for corner in fence line, said point

continuing for a total distance of 517.31 feet to an iron rod set
a fence corner post for a corner, said fence corner being an
interior corner of said Coppell Village;
THENCE, North 00 deg. 46 min. 12 sec. East, a distance of 716.77
feet passing the Northerly Northeast corner of 2nd Revised
Corrected Plat of Coppell Village at 624.30 feet and continuing
for a total distance of 716.77 feet to the place of BEGINNING and

0.475 acres lies within Harris Road.
