RE: CASE #PD-118 and RIVERCHASE ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT
Dear Mr. Heath:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a zoning
change, Case #PD-118, for Riverchase Estates, was approved with the
conditions that Riverchase Drive will be completed in its entirety,
landscaping will be completed and maintained by a homeowners association,
and that the minimum air-conditioned house size will be 2000 square feet.
Your request for approval of a preliminary plat was also approved with
similar conditions as well as the elimination of alleys on golf course
lots by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, September 24, 1991.
