PD133-NR 940809 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing, Case #PD-133, Coppell 200
South Addition (substituting for Case #ZC-561(CH)), on the 9th day August, 1994, at 7:30
p.m., in the Coppell Town Center. This public hearing has been called to consider a change
in zoning from HC (Highway Commercial), LI (Light Industrial) and PD-FP (Planned
Development-Flood Plain) to a PD for HC (Highway Commercial), FP (Flood Plain), SF-9
(Single Family-9) and SF-12 (Single Family 12), or any appropriate zoning classification. The
property is generally described as follows: located along the west side of Denton Tap Road,
north of Denton Creek, and south of the centerline of the 121 By-pass; containing approximately
90 acres, and as shown on the attached map. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and
other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any
citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the
proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department,
255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
