(Commercial) to C-SUP (Commercial, Special Use Permit), to allow the
operation of an approximately 3,000 square foot Chinese Restaurant with
private club to be located in Coppell Crossing IV Shopping Center at 777
S. MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Terra Builders.
Carrick Additiqn, Lots 1 & 2, Block A, Minor Plat, to allow the
subdivision of approximately 0.70 of an acre of property into two lots
allowing for the development of a single-family home on Lot 2 located at
the northwest comer of Lodge and Sandy Lake Roads, at the request of
Rory N. Carrick.
St. Joseph Addition, Lots 1-4, Block A, Preliminary Plat, request to allow
the development of a Retirement Community and municipal facilities on
approximately 51.17 acres of property located along the south side of
Sandy Lake Road, 1200' east of MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of
