PD129R2-CS010711 T H E C: I T Y O F COPP-ELL July 11, 2001 Huntington Ridge Homeowners Association C/o Mr. Gary Roden 130 Clover Meadow Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Case No. PD-129R2, Parks of Coppell~ Tract III~ Huntington Ridge Dear Gary: This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-129-R2, Parks of Coppell, Tract III (Huntinzon Ridge), zoning change request from PD-129-R to PD-129-R2, to allow the construction of a masonry wall and revise monument signs to add raised planting beds on approximately 26.177 acres of property located at the southwest comer of Parkway Boulevard and Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, July 10, 2001, subject to the following conditions: 1) The proposed wall shall be constructed of the same design and material as the existing wall. 2) The area of the masonry wall located over the 20' drainage easement shall be constructed according to the provided wall detail. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
