RE: Case No. PD-129R2, Parks of Coppell, Tract III~ Huntington Ridge
Dear Gary:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-129-R2, Parks of Coppell, Tract III (Huntington
Ridge), zoning change request from PD-129-R to PD-129-R2, to allow the construction of a
masonry wall and revise monument signs to add raised planting beds on approximately 26.177
acres of property located at the southwest comer of Parkway Boulevard and Denton Tap Road, was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 21,
2001, subject to the following conditions:
1)
The proposed wall shall be constructed of the same design and material as
the existing wall.
2)
The area of the masonry wall located over the 20' drainage easement shall
be constructed according to the provided wall detail.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 10, 2001. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council
Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
In order to forward your application to Council, please submit to the Planning Department 16
folded copies of the all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ June 27th.
