Beamer Development, Inc., has presented me with a contract on
my property described as follows:
ABSTRACT NUMBER 1791 (DALLAS COUNTY)

9.8086 ACRES (a.k.a. 836 Deforest Road, Coppell, Texas)
I am aware that Beamer Development, Inc., is presenting the
City of Coppell with a preliminary plat/drawing of their
proposed residential community and are asking the city to
re-zone my property from the present agricultural to a
residential zoning.
Due to a family emergency on Tuesday, December 21, 1993, I was
unable to finalize the contract-for-sale with Beamer Development,
Inc. My attorney has reviewed the contract and the price of
my home site and land has been mutually established and agreed
upon by both parties.
Due to the holiday schedule and the fact that the president
of Beamer Development is currently out-of-town for the holiday
season, an executed contract will be furnished to Beamer
Development ~or your r~view on ~onday, December 27, 1993.
I am aware and approve of Beamer Development's actions to have
my land re-zoned from agricultural to residential at this time.
