Dear Mr. Sieb:
Reference Beamer Development's letter, dated January 21, 1994,
regarding appealing to the Coppell City Council the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commissions' denial of our preliminary
plat for The Estates at Cambridge Manor, on January 20, 1994.
After further consideration, we feel that the Planning and
Zoning Commission did not have enough information available
to them to favorably approve our preliminary plat.
Therefore we would like to withdraw our appeal to the Coppell
City Council, which was scheduled for Tuesday, February 8, 1994.
We also would like to apologize to you and your staff for any
inconvenience this may have caused and will re-submit the
proper documents necessary for approval as soon as possible.
