Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve PD-132, MacArthur Park Addition, to
change the zoning from C (Commercial) to PD-SF-9 (Planned Development-Single Family-9),
located at the north side of Denton Creek, along the east and west side of MacArthur Boulevard,
was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, June 14, 1994. The following
conditions apply:
1. Uniform height and material of fencing on the northern property line;
2. curb lines must be defined on the face of the plat; and
3. details with respect to the Hike & Bike Trail must be as noted on the Preliminary Plat.
