RE: PD-132, MacArthur Park Addition
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve PD-132, MacArthur Park Addition, to
change the zoning from C (Commercial) to PD-SF-9 (Planned Development-Single Family-9),
located at the north side of Denton Creek, along the east and west side of MacArthur Boulevard,
was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 19, 1994.
The following conditions apply:
1. Uniform height and material of fencing on the northern property line;
2. curb lines be defined on the face of the plat; and
3. details with respect to the Hike & Bike Trail be worked out prior to Council hearing the
case.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 14, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may result in the denial of this application.
