PD132R-NR 951019 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commi~ion of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th day of October, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Copper Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, Case #PD-132R, Peninsulas of CoppeR, at the request of Coppell Partners, Ltd., from PD-SF-7 (Planned Development Single Family-7) to PD-SF-7 (Planned Development Single Family-7), to amend the conditions of the planned development to allow detached garages on 15 lots and adjust front building setback lines on five lots, on property generally described as follows: on the east and west side of MacArthur Boulevard, adjacent and north of Denton Creek. All interested citizens of the City of Copper and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this Special Use Permit request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
