The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 20th day of November, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-133R. Magnolia Park, amending the Site Plan for property zoned
PD-SF, HC & FP (Planned Development, Single Family, Highway Commercial and Floodplain),
to allow for the deletion of an alley for lots adjacent to the western property line, as well an alley
deletion and an additional 35-foot building line for Lots 37-39, Zone A, at the request of
Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other
parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any
citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this
Planned Development Site Plan amendment request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell
Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

Family, Highway Commercial and Floodplain), to allow for the deletion of an alley for lots
adjacent to the western property line, as well an alley deletion and an additional 35-foot building
