An 8' wide brick paver band needs to be provided for the driveway off of Denton Tap Road located 1' inside the property line. 3. The 24' fire lane also needs to be a mutual access easement. 4. Per the City's Subdivision Ordinance, the right-of-way required for Denton Tap Road is 110'. Therefore a dedication of 10' needs to be provided along Denton Tap Road. This could affect your building location.
