SF-9" to "PD-SF-9"

Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: June 17. 1999
City Council Meeting: July 13. 1999
1. Verify if the Oakbend Homeowners Association has an Architectural Review
Committee. If it does, staff requests proof that the applicant has submitted this
proposal to the Homeowners Association for their review and approval.
2. Make sure that the siding shown on the Elevations of the Addition does not
exceed 20%.
3. On Plot Plan indicate zoning as PD-SF-9.
4. Clarify the proposed screening wall. Submit elevations showing height and
building materials.
5. Will the new brick used on the additions match the existing brick on the house.
6. Bring to the June 3rd DRC meeting a color board of samples of ali exterior-
building materials.
7. A reminder, to fill out the attached form and return it to the Planning Department.
Also, pick Up the zoning change request sign no later than June 4th The sign
should be posted by June 7th and remain on site through July 13th.
Note:
A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why.-
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the June 3rd Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the June 3rd DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, June 8th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1.."2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
