ITEM: PD-IO9R2, Oakbend Addition, a zoning change request from "PD-SF-9" to
"PD-SF-9", to amend the development conditions for Lot 53, Block A, to
reduce the side yard setback from 8' to 5' and to allow the construction of a
detached 3-car garage and the conversion of the attached garage into a
bedroom with a family room on the second floor on property located at 722
Beal Lane, at the request of Glen and Terri Gillen.
