We have reviewed all four of the above submittals and the
following sets forth our comments. Generally, not enough
information was provided for an engineering review.
1. Provide a location map or key map to indicate relation- ship of all tracts. One map showing all tracts.
2. Indicate existing zoning and surrounding zoning.
3. Indicate proposed zoning.
4. Provide written description, abstract, survey, etc.
5. Will water and sewer be available?
6. Indicate that filing fees have been paid:
Tract A $110.72
Tract B 215.93
Tract C 119.13
Tract D 266.94
Total = $712.72
No other comments at this point in time, due to lack of material
to review.
