Investments, Inc. c/o Finley Development 16801 Addison Road, Suite 250 Addison, TX 75248 RE: PD=I~SR, The Woodlands of Cop_ueH Dear Sirs: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of PD-135R, The Woodlands of CoppeR, changing the zoning from SF-12 (Single Family-12) to PD-SF-12 (Planned Development, Single Family 12), located at the southwest comer of Coppell and Thweatt Roads, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, February 16, 1995. The following conditions apply: 1. no alleys will be required; 2. there will be no alley access to the Oakbend Subdivision; 3. 25' front yard setbacks will be permitted; 4. 8' side yards will be permitted; 5. lot width shall be measured from the center of the lot; and 6. with regard to the D/FW noise concerns, a note needs to be placed on the face of the plat which states that the potential purchaser recognize that there will be airport noise connected with living in this area. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 14, 1995, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting.
