PD131R-NR 951116 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 16th day of November, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, Case #PD-131R, The Estates of Cambridge Manor, at the request of Beamer Development, Inc., from PD-SF-12 (Planned Development Single Family-12) to PD-SF-12 (Planned Development Single Family-12), to amend the conditions of the planned development as it applies to certain corner lots to permit enclosure of side yards with fences no closer than 5 feet to a street right-of-way, on property generally described as follows: along the north side of DeForest Road, approximately 1,600 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this Planned Development amendment request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
