My husban~ and myself are aware of the fact that an
eight foot (8') board-on-~oard fence with pillars
every sixteen feet (16') will be erected on the
lot due north of our home located ~ 833 Castle
Creek Drive in The Estates of Cambridge Manor.
If this fence is erected per The Estates of Cambridge
Manor Deed Restrictions on the property line of 829
Kings Canyon Court, then we will approve the fence
~eing instal£ed as shown on the attached plat of the
~ot in question.
Additionally, it will in no way adversely effect our
home due ~o the fact that our home will be approximately
eighty fee~ (80') from the curb and our lot is well over
a half-acre in size.
