If this fence is erected per The Estates of Cambridge Manor Deed Restrictions on the property line of 829 Kings Canyon Court, then we will approve the fence ~eing instal£ed as shown on the attached plat of the ~ot in question. Additionally, it will in no way adversely effect our home due ~o the fact that our home will be approximately eighty fee~ (80') from the curb and our lot is well over a half-acre in size.
