of July, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD-136,
D/FW Trade Center, at the request of Industrial Developments International, Inc., to change the
zoning from A (Agriculture) to PD (Planned Development), on property generally described as
follows: on State Highway 121 North. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other
parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any
citizen of the City or other partfof interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the
proposed replat request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
