The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 19th day of September, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-131RR. Estates of Cambridge Manor, zoning change from PD-
SF-12 (Planned Development, Single Family-12) to PD-SF-12 (Planned Development, Single
Family-12), to amend the conditions of the Planned Development as they apply to Lot 16, Block
D to permit the east side yard building line 10 feet closer to the property line for purposes of
construction of a fence, within the Estates of Cambridge Manor subdivision located
approximately 1,600 feet east of MacArthur Blvd., at the request of Anthony and Eileen
Higgins. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited
to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party
of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this amendment request by letter
addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.
