PD149-NR 960118NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commi.qsion of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 18th day of January, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD-149, Vistas of Coppell, zoning change from HC (Highway Commercial), MF-2 (Multi Family-2), LI (Light Industrial), and C (Commercial) to PD-SF-7 and MF-2 (Planned Development, Single Family-7 and Multi Family-2), at the request of Carter & Burgess, Inc., to allow the development of single-family and multi-family residential uses on 128.15 acres of property located on the east side of Denton Tap Road, north of the Denton Creek. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
