Also, Council would like to have indicated on the plat in large letters (1 1/2 times normal print) that this development is in the Lewisville Independent School District. There should be no reference to zero-lot line homes. This zoning designation has been eliminated from our Zoning Ordinance. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and the Ordinance has been approved by Council, a copy will be sent to you.
