Dear Jamie:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Village at Cottonwood Creek,
Section VI, Replat of Lot 4, Block D, to remove the building lines of Lot 4, Block D, located
on the south side of Hardwick Court and along the north side of Parkway Boulevard, was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
January 18, 1996. The following conditions apply:
(1) An amended homeowners agreement must be submitted for City review; and
(2) revise the utility signature block. Eliminate Southwestern Bell and Denton
County from the signature block because they do not sign plats.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, February 13,
1996, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
