Dear Mr. Cornelius
On February 13, 1996, the Coppell City Council approved the change in zoning
from SF-7 (Single Family-7) to PD-Recreafional Center (Planned Development,
Recreational Center), to allow the development of a recreational center on 13,440
square feet of property to be used by the homeowners of the Village at
Cottonwood Creek, Section VI, located on the south side of Hardwick Court and
along the north side of Parkway Boulevard.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-124 which was
approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on April 23, 1996.
