The following conditions apply: (1) There be a mechanism or device to lock the gate when the pool is not operational - during the summer hours before the pool opens and after the pool closes and during the winter months; (2) a pool cover must be placed over the pool during months that the pool' is not operational, and O) a phone must be on-site for emergency situations.
