Marcie: In a short while, we will be sending you via e-mail, our
"re-drafted" landscape plan. I will also bring 12-8-1/2xl 1 copies to the
meeting tonight. It will be labeled Landscape Plan - Revised, Sheet No.
7. This plan has incorporated and addressed your Landscape Plan items 1-4
on page 5 of 5 of your Staff report. Previously we provided a revised Site
Plan - Sheet No. 6, that incorporated and addressed Site Plan items 1-4 of
that same report. With these two revised plans, we believe that we have now
complied with all City of Coppell requirements for this development. Based
on the Credit Union's willingness to meet these requirements and the
submission of the revised plans, we respectfully request that you consider
changing your staff recommendation from "Held Under Advisement" to "Approval
contingent on inclusion of revisions indicated on Drawings No. 6 and 7 prior
to City Council Review" (or something similar). Unless something arises
during the P&Z presentation, there are no outstanding unresolved design
issues, only technical drawing issues. In this way, the process can
continue forward, thus allowing the Credit Union to receive City Council
approval on November 13th, which is prior to the scheduled closing on the
property for November 25, 2001.
