SUBJECT: WOODRIDGE GARDEN HOME CARPORTS AND GARAGES
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of Ms. Blackwood's application and
formation of a committee to study the situation. Once we get the committee activated, I would
like you to attend ex officio.
In the meantime, I need to gather a few facts. So far this is what I have found regarding

than on house)
What I need to know in addition is which of these received a building permit and which received
a BOA variance in order to get a building permit. Would you please have someone check the
records and pull as much of that information as can be found?
