RE: PD-145R(CH) Woodridge Addition, Site Plan Amendment
Dear Ms. Blackwood:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-145R(CH), Woodridge Addition Site Plan
Amendment, to amend the conditions of the Planned Development as they apply to parking
requirements for Lot 20, Block I, to allow construction of a carport on the existing concrete slab
on the rear of your property, was denied by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, June 20, 1996.
The Commission instructed Staff to organize a committee to study means of resolving the PD-
145 carport issue. I will be working as quickly as I can to establish that group and to gather
information for an initial meeting. I will let you know when and where that initial meeting will
take place. Assuming that we can get a recommendation from the group within 30 days, the
earliest I can schedule another Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission is August
15 with final decision by City Council on September 10th.
If you wish to appeal this decision to City Council at its July 9, 1996, meeting, an appeal letter
must be received by the Planning Department within 10 days.
