The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 21st day of August, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-152R, Upper Image Car Wash, zoning change for property zoned
PD-C (Planned Development, Commercial) by amending the Planned Development to permit a
3,498 square foot self-service car wash building and a 1,680 square foot drying shed on property
located on the west side of MacArthur Boulevard, approximately 1,014 feet north of Beltline
Road, at the request of Oppel Family Partnership. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell
and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning
this amendment to the Planned Development request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell
Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

Wash, zoning change for property zoned PD-C (Planned Development, Commercial) by
amending the Planned Development to permit a 3,498 square foot self-service car wash building
and a 1,680 square foot drying shed on property located on the west side of MacArthur
Boulevard, approximately 1,014 feet north of Beltline Road, at the request of Oppel Family
