RE: Ordinance for PD-152R? Up~r Image Car Wash
Dear Madam/Sir:
On September 9, 1997, the Coppell City Council approved the change in zoning for property
zoned PD-C (Planned Development, Commercial) by amending the Planned Development to
permit a 3,498 square foot self-service car wash building and a 1,680 square foot drying shed on
property located on the west side of MacArthur Boulevard, approximately 1,014 feet north of
Beltline Road, with conditions.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-181 which was approved by Council
and signed by the Mayor on October 28, 1997.
