RE: Case No. PD-152R, Upper Image Car Wash
Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-152R, Upper Image Car Wash, zoning change for property zoned
PD-C (Planned Development, Commercial) by amending the Planned Development to permit a 3,498 square
foot self-service car wash building and a 1,680 square foot drying shed on property located on the west side
of MacArthur Boulevard, approximately 1,014 feet north of Beltline Road was approved by the Coppell City
Council on Tuesday, September 9, 1997, subject Engineering comments (attached) and the following conditions:
Submittal of an irrigation plan.
Hours of operation be limited to 6 a.m. - 11 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.
Lighting to match existing facilities on site -- minimum lighting for landscaping and security of
facility after hours.
The facility be manned by a uniformed, identifiable employee a minimum of eight hours per
day.
As a reminder, approval of the building elevations by the Riverchase Architectural Review Board needs to be
acquired.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been
completed and the Ordinance has been approved by Council, a copy will be sent to you.
